Peiyuan (Tony) Qu Bio

Peiyuan Qu is a postdoctoral research fellow in the group of Prof. Joanna Aizenberg in the John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. Prior to his time at Harvard, he received a Ph.D. under the direction of Prof. Marcus Weck in the Department of Chemistry and Molecular Design Institute at New York University, where he developed functional polymeric nanoreactors for non-orthogonal tandem catalysis. The overarching vision of his research is to develop novel “smart” materials that can adapt, morph, differentiate, and communicate, at the nano-, micro-, and meso-scale, for addressing critical challenges in catalysis, energy transduction, environmental sustainability as well as robotics.
